      no pros for this company. fully cheating team. all most of the reviews are fake ,

      Cons

      "Pathetic & Worst" work culture. No respect and No salary. They will cheat without paying your salary. They wont pay your salary properly. If you ask for your salary they will say some reasons and kill the time. After few months you will be surprised to see that you are out from the organization. Without any intimation they will block your email id they will block all your access. Worst Management & HR team. They will spoil your career.

      Dear employee, thats not the case. All the salaries are paid on time. We've recorded proofs of all bank transactions. Only during covid period, we faced some issues but later they too were paid. Only in case some people were fired from the company or they didn't serve the complete notice period as expected their paid leaves were adjusted. Mail IDs are locked in case an employee is found leaking company's secrets or causing us harm in some other way. Rest all salaries and everything is paid on time.

      1. good learning opportunities - if and only if not asked to go to client site!! 2. Environment is quiet cool - if and only if your are not sent to client site!! 3. Totally employee centric -- oops who am I kidding :D

      Cons

      1. 10% is the variable pay!!! out which 5% is your performance and rest 50% is company's performance AND guess what? both comes out 0 - big 0 at the end 2. Anytime call - do this do that
