- if you have a weak personality, you will not appreciate how he works and take everything he said negatively -if you are used to hear enjoyable words just to please your ego, then he is not fit to manage you - yes, he will be hard on you most of the time, but if you look past this and take his lessons by heart, you will grow and learn professionally
