Pros

It is a flexible workplace, especially with hours and working from home. I enjoy working with the people that I do, it's like a big family. You learn a lot working with so many different clients, and there are always opportunities to improve your knowledge as well.

Cons

Only health insurance is offered, not dental or vision sadly. The time and job tracking can also be confusing at first until you get the hang of it.

Teamwork/collaboration, company culture, and flexibility are my favorite things about working at Innis Maggiore. It's great to see everyone's talent and passion for what they do at the agency. I have been a part of some really neat projects that every department has collaborated on in some way. Not only do we deliver to our client's needs, but we have a culture that makes us all great as a team. If I need to, I am able to work from home and have the ability to work summer hours year-round. I am always learning something new. If you want to continuously learn, have fun at your job and work with a great team and clients, Innis Maggiore is the place for you.

I enjoyed working at the leading agency in the practice of positioning. The agency's strategy-first approach made a very real difference for our clients' businesses. A robust team of experts in every communications discipline helped us make the right recommendations for our clients for the right reasons. As PR director, I could lean on other department heads/departments to provide well-rounded approaches designed to differentiate our clients. If I hadn't moved, I'd still be at Innis Maggiore.

Cons

Now that I've experienced different working environments, I see no obvious cons to working at the agency.
