Lack of leadership so an outside consulting firm was brought in that misleads employees, has destroyed what was left of employee confidence, and is deceitful. 10% of workforce was let go days before Thanksgiving. Many spent more than 5 yrs with the company and got no notice. The company is financially strapped and led by an egotistical management team. This team keeps spending money they do not have and when they have to pay their bills they just let employees go with no warning. Employees are scared to speak up as they will be cut. Only take a job with this company if you are desperate and you have no other options.

Top down leadership structure that manages through blame and shame but without true accountability. Also it is 7 different companies that make up Innomark but they each function with their own distinct culture and practices. Not very integrated.
