Cons
The only downside to InnoVint would be 100% remote work. If you are outside the greater Portland area.

Pros
Everyone at the company is very passionate about what they're doing no matter what department they're in. All positions are completely remote, but the company culture is warm, friendly, and team members enjoy getting together for "virtual happy hours", and occasional company sponsored retreats. The CEO is very big on employee empowerment, and making sure that everyone is set up for success.
