      Think twice before choosing!

      Pros

      1. Good learning opportunities. 2. Office culture. Formals only when client visits the office :-)

      Cons

      Sub-par management. Communication of responsibilities is not at all managed effectively! Last-minute changes in expectations. No work-life balance. No salary slips for the time I spent there.

      Pros

      - Opportunity to learn RPA. - Easy to get out if the CTC is high, notice period doesn't matter then. - CEO (Muru) is good to work with.

      Cons

      - If you want to work in ML/AI, don't get in. - The core top management lacks values and ethics of leadership. - No healthy competition. - Office politics. - If your package is low, you will face difficulties getting out. - Payslips, PF, Form-16 provided after following up for several months. - Unexpected terminations. Nothing like job security. - Employees are not proud of working there.
