The company is managed by a female CEO who outwardly opposes misogyny but runs the place with a highly misogynistic mindset. Despite having only about 40 employees, the CEO is disconnected from her team. You may be hired for a specific role but could end up working in a different position requiring different skills, which eventually affects your mental health and well-being. There's no room for learning from mistakes, even small, low-risk mistakes can lead to you to lose your job immediately. The CEO's ego, condescending attitude (especially toward female employees), lack of a feedback culture, and her dictatorial decision-making (often made in isolation with a very young male executive) create a toxic work environment.

I've never experienced such a toxic working environment. Management try hard to brush it under the carper and keep everyone smiling but nothing can hide the lack of respect for the people and process that goes into trying to make them look good
