Pros

-Cross functioning only if they notice your skills -Opportunity to directly work with clients

Cons

- Poor and pathetic management,  managers, HR, CEO , seniors don't know how a management should be in the company. - Absolutely stupid, mannerless, dumb  HR with no knowledge of HR work, she thinks organizing stupid games and stupid events are the main work of HR. She only sleeps in pantry and  hardly do any productive work in the company - No work life balance, they will call you for work at anytime on day night wether its weekday or weekends. All they want is employee should be available for 24×7 for them. they don't value employees personal life. - No pay for overtime and working on weekends - 3 months of non negotiable notice period, even if managers, seniors and CEO will agree to release employees before 3 months. This stupid HR restrict and force employee to survive notice period for 3 months as she thinks she is the owner of the company. Even CEO also don't take stand and leave things on her. - Too much interference on employees personal life - No payslip provided every month. Even if you ask for payslip they will ask you lot more questions for why you need it. They can easily generate payslip PDF's  from tally software but they choose to give lot of excuses to not to provide payslip - dirty politics , blame game ,pathetic work environment, sad and frustrated life of employees. - HR is too lazy , don't provide any information, documents etc on time. She just has to replace name and date on the template for documents but She shows that she is too busy and do lot of work but she spend lot of time on pantry , on her phone and disturbs other employees by going to their desk and talks loudly for hours. She has no ethics and proper behavior as HR. - Rule makers are the main rule breakers but they expect that others should follow the rules. - No proper support to employees , even if you are right then also they will expect apologies from you because they are senior and superior no matter how wrong they are. -Senior developers has no passion to learn new things , even basic things they don't know. but they do show their superiority that they are seniors , they only help those who lick their boot or to whom they refered to the company. - I won't recommend anyone to join this company.

Pros

- Work directly with Senior developers - Quickly learn technologies - Learn senior level tasks as a very young engineer - Timely delivery of salaries per month - Good culture, freedom but slowly deteriorating

Cons

- Poor work life balance - Poor salary - Some team managers are great while others make your life hell and are totally using you (if you are a junior), not at all productive - Salary hikes are not good (might not even happen, stating some vague reasons) - Peers are not competitive (not even at senior levels). If you are competitive, you probably have more knowledge than your seniors (in 50% cases).
