Good Company to which I contributed immensely in the Manufacturing sector of chicken and dairy production. I served as a Board Director for 6 years with a wide exposure of finance and Sales as well. Profitable and stable. Food business
Cons
Poor leadership at Ceo level. Not people oriented and unfair treatment in rewarding people. High turnover rate of middle staff. No Career progression defined. HR mayters poor. Recent survey shows 30% engagement level.
