Pros
There is a monthly bonus after a certain period of time, but they will cut your bonus for being tardy or any small reasons they can find. The employees are wonderful to work with.
Cons
You can not leave for lunch. There is zero training, once you have been shown something you are expected to swim on your own. Management has no idea what they are doing, and it shows with turn over. Also, management has favorites and if you aren’t one, it won’t take long for you to be back looking for a job. HR is bias.

Monthly bonus No drug testing policy at all!
Cons
A lot of backstabbing and other employees watching you all day, reporting your every move. Once you report to work for the day, you cant leave. Business is located im a very bad crime area, a shooting every few days.
