      Pros

      As a software developer you can learn so many things.

      Cons

      Too much politics inside the company, Some managers are really hard to handle. Strict office timings you will feel like a school children. Job is not secure at all. By doing cheap politics inside the office they can kick you at anytime without any reason also.

      No pros that I could think of.

      Cons

      No recognition is given. Only the CTO's lackeys get recognition and higher salaries. Your ideas are also not take into consideration, you've to follow whatever the CTO says. Also the development practices are also really bad. There're no proper code review checks. Everyone just puts their patches on beta and gamma servers rather than passing them through some review board stuff and pipelines to pass some unit tests. One other thing, no proper unit tests are written.
