Pros

It does have freedom, until it doesn’t. this means tread lightly and buddy up with the right people and you will have a job. Good to start for fresh out of collage, if you don’t have any experience with a good company but don’t stay more than a couple of years. Love the all the work but it enslaves you before you know it.

Cons

Warning: this company loves to sue people that leave so lawyer up, infected if they ever find out who wrote this I’m sure I would get sued somehow. If you don’t share the same values that they “say they do” don’t even bother with this company, because you are not welcome if they find out. If you want a job here just say you are all about God, the 3 founders are good guys, but watch out for the snakes in the grass there. They talk a good game but it’s a constant shell game as fare as finances and making the company look better than it is. They work you into the ground. Instead of a good raise you get ice-cream which is good unless you have bills to pay. Hi turnover, they will lie and say its because of culture but really you go because they push you out or you get out because they don’t want to work there anymore.

Pros

Flexible hours are great, you can work whenever works best for you and your teammates. You learn a bunch and get get an impressive resume built up, if you are at the right place/right time and right cell. Lunch program is an extra bonus when you forget to pack something.

Cons

The management of the company is the downfall of it. Those who have made their way up the ladder to a management/leadership experience have been at Innotec since the beginning or have no other exposure to what the rest of the industry does. Their leader likes to twist biblical principles to justify his own poor, narcissistic decision making. If it wasn't his idea. He doesn't want to hear it, even if you're right. The company has shifted their business model to injection molding but has no idea how to effectively mold a plastic part. The company also pushes a frugal culture that pushes "do it cheap, not the right way". Then wonders why things don't work out. Basically the majority of the company "youtubes" their way through the day. The company overworks their employees and doesn't hire new employees as fast as people leave. So basically it burns out their current employees to the point where they quit. They may give you lots of vacation, but if you take vacation you risk not meeting your ship date of your cell. No real opportunities to move up the ladder unless the owner/ceo likes you. Oh and to add on top of it you're typically 20% underpaid compared to the rest of the industry.

Pros

The hours are extremely flexible. You almost never have anybody looking over your shoulder. The management genuinely cares about the people who work there. They do some real goo din the world through their stewardship programs, which employees are encouraged to get involved with.

Cons

There is a constant, never-ending push to work more hours, to work later, to come in for weekends, etc. The methods are ALWAYS new, even if that is totally unnecessary. The company is getting much too large for the original, flat structure. The pay is sub-par. Things get way too bad before management will make a change. The politics are terrible: a few people who have been there for a long time make uninformed and generally disagreeable decisions while blaming the lower level guys when those decisions don't work out.
