A smaller scale CRO, it helps build more personable approach with colleagues and somewhat lessen silos. Company is growing so it offers good opportunity for career growth

Cons

As with many CRO, workload per employee is heavy. Makes for difficult work/life balance

Excellent company culture and supportive management. Good communication pathways and ongoing coaching and mentoring are invaluable.

Cons

Busy and sometimes tricky work life balance. With the number of hours that have to be put it, sometimes salary may not be as competitive.
