Unbalanced raise rates: Regardless of performance, one person may receive a 25% increase while another gets only 12%. Project teams' freedom to work is restricted. Instead of utilizing employees' professional expertise, they are treated as operators who merely execute clients' requests. A completely ineffective HR team.
