      Pros

      Teams work hard to achieve goals, Benefits and profit sharing are a plus. Compensation starting salaries are ok.

      Cons

      Who you know affects where you will end up in this company. Socialization is almost as effective as hard work. The company likes to lure people in with slightly higher starting salaries and then give them barley any cost of living adjustment or salary increase.

      "Nobody cares"

      Decent pay, great people who are enthusiastic about their work

      Cons

      Management that doesn't care, no career guidance, layoff rather than train or relocate. A group of us complained about treatment we were getting from HR and the response from management was literally "Nobody cares." Multi-year veterans laid off without warning while job postings go up looking for new hires.

      -Encourages employees to expand their skillsets -Great Managers -Great Salary -Overtime pay for when you have to work late -Friendly Coworkers -Good benefits package for medical and dental

      Cons

      -Big company, things can move slowly -Outdated buildings in Ottawa -Vending machines are $1.50 (really?) -Canada Post politics
