      Pros

      Good environment between co-workers; You can meet amazing, interesting and cool people to share experiences and opinions; It's a good place to start because you're exposed to several industries and you can easily expand your portfolio / experience. It's an ok first work.

      Cons

      Disintegrated vision and business goals within the partners; Engineering mindset company and huge lack of management competences; There are no product teams with multidisciplinary competences. There's no functional analysis, no working methodologies and the delivery process is messy. The learning curve for a new worker will be stagnated any time soon.

      Pros

      You learn a lot in the beginning because you have to.

      Cons

      A big management mess. I had to work on +3 projects at the same time and I have seen a lot of people with great technical skills and personalities being let go. Low quality laptops, a lot of pressure with tickets always in an urgent state and 0 investment in their employees. Management only cares about the business and not its employees. I had hoped it would get better in the last few years but unfortunately it didn't.
