      Pros

      Steady work, decent pay, Company truck & fuel card, bonuses, PTO is enormous, benefits are fairly good.

      Cons

      Not enough employees to catch a break, pay raises will only ever be 3% at Max once a year, no investment in employee training, you'll never see the "10% monthly bonus"
