Pros
A good business starts with the leadership and the leadership is great. The site I have been on for the last year has been is led by a superintendent that has been with the company for 23 years and foreman that has been with the company for 8 years. During My tenure with this company I have met more than a handful of people that are 15+ year veterans who have all said its the best company they have ever worked for,
Cons
Companies are run by people and people are not perfect so every company has its issues. Me complaining about my issues with ICS would be me complaining about something I did not like but was best for the company .

This is the worst company in the world. Leadership is deplorable and the favoritism is through the roof. It will not matter how good of an employee you are, only what "relationships" you have. They do not pay enough for the amount of demeaning abuse they dish out. Extremely sexist company. DO NOT APPLY
Cons
Everything! They do not pay enough, only upper management is paid well, they keep the less qualified employees and terminate the better employees. One of the owners is very sexist. Morale is non-existent.
