Pros
Great pay, Company cares about workers and provides them with the right equipment and training to get the job done. Good work polices.
Cons
Foreman's don't seem to recognize the importance of the journeyman. They do much too much micromanagement often leaving the apprentice incharge, but then has the ardacity to come back see the job is not done correctly and say; well you are the Journeyman, you are supposed to make sure it was right.
