I don't know where to start but I had one of the worst experiences working with them. 1) The marketing team is not fixed and they keep on changing the marketing person so they utilize almost a month to get used to your profile. 2) They don't have any direct clients (I was told they have direct clients when I joined) and really struggle to find opportunities for you. 3) 80% of the time they are not available. When you need them the most, they never answer your call or reply to your messages or emails. 4) If there is a genuine and great opportunity available, they would not be available to communicate with the vendor and so you miss the opportunity. 5) The support team that should be available to assist you with your interviews and feedback, is actually never available. You have to keep on calling them 15-20 times and then maybe they reply after 2-3 hours. The overall point is if you are expecting to get a job asap, don't go with IIS.

It's a nice consulting firm to work with but: 1. There is no clear communication with the HR team 2. People working in the immigration department have no clue of the changing visa rules and regulations. My employment was terminated because of that and I had to leave the country. 3. Though you get training on the field you want to pursue your career, it is not an extensive training, just a blanket of primitive concepts.
