Teamwork, you get to know the team fast as you are constantly working with every department.

Unrealistic Expectations- Management telling you one thing and having unrealistic expectations on things that you cannot control.

People are great and knowlegable.

Cons

Benefits are not the greatest, and there is no culture. For example at a previous employer we would get tacos on Cinco de Mayo, Ice cream in the summer, but nothing here. I get we're a business but there needs to be some fun involved as well to keep people happy, There is also no 401 k. Why are you not doing this to help employees.
