The best reason to work at IMT is that they're pretty flexible with your schedule. Also as a MEMS engineer starting out you can learn a lot really quickly.

- Doesn't appreciate employees - No career growth until your superior leaves - Fosters an us vs. them relationship with customers - Puts inexperienced people in positions of power - Management very reactive, not pro active
