      Pros

      I have loved my time at IPR! I was able to grow from the bottom up and learned so much in the industry. The team is always so helpful, supportive, and feels like a family. You get the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names / clients in beauty and lifestyle, which has been so much fun!

      Cons

      PR work is a hustle and there can be long hours. If you're dedicated and excited to learn, IPR is a great place to work!

      Pros

      The staff is truly incredible, and all have a go-getter hustling mentality that shows in the work Innovative produces. For being a boutique agency, Jen has managed to represent very impressive clientele. Jen is a fighter and a leader, and it drives her team to succeed on all accounts. This was a fantastic opportunity and a great place to work.

      Cons

      The hours for me just weren't working as I have many other side jobs that had to take precedence- if not for that I would have loved to continue my career with Innovative.
