Pros

Its ok money and has good compensation if you do make sales.

Cons

It is mentally draining you call over 1000 ppl every day 6 days a week. 85% is voice mails 10% r ppl who are going to curse you out one guy told me to shut up and die! 3% listen and say no the other 2% say yes. Not only that the managers threatened to fire if you dont get sales.

Pros

Ive been with Innovative for a few years now. Ever since I first started the pay has gotten better. The best thing about the position was the people Ive met and have become friends with. I currently make $11 per hour plus occasional bonuses.

Cons

Talking to people for 8 hours over the phone can get tiring.

Pros

The managers worked with new hires in the training process more than I've ever seen at any job. They wanted consistency and you to be accustom to their company. Employees thought they were too hard on them, but I thought it was a good thing. If you were still having a hard time after you were there for a while, they still helped you along. They always listened in on every employees' phone calls just to insure they were staying consistent and not having a hard time due to the field being so competitive. A long story short, consider yourself always being trained, no matter how long you've been there. You have to stay trainable, keep an open mind, and stay consistent with them.

Cons

They could be way to hard on you while on the phone, which was discouraging when that happened. The job can get way too competitive and you can start feeling down about yourself. Lastly, it is repetitive to the point you get very bored because you are reading the same script over and over again!
