      Terrible place to work

      Pros

      There really, REALLY aren't any.

      Cons

      CEO is insane. Issues are not addressed-just turned into bigger/different issues. There is no communication in any department. Overload those who do their job well with multiple various jobs other than their own with no prior discussions, compensation increases, or recognition for a job well done. There is no impressing anyone here, no matter how much you do you're told you're not doing enough. If you don't look completely overwhelmed all of the time, they think you're not doing anything at all. If you're not making the CEO money directly, he couldn't care less about you and will treat you like dirt. No events or activities to attempt to increase office morale. No perks. Scolded for taking breaks to talk to other employees. Very behind-the-back management, things are never just clearly communicated with the person there is an issue with. Strong nepotism/favoritism of people connected through friends, etc, whether or not they are good employees. I could go on and on. DO NOT work here. It will break you.

      Great for new-grads, but not long-term

      Pros

      - Great co-workers, I became very close with the people I work with every day and some became friends I see outside of work. - High bonuses are available and you can be paid very well every 3 months - IF you hit the requirements consistently. - Great benefits package for health care, commuting, etc. - Annual events like the holiday party and company softball game. - Good salary for recent grads.

      Cons

      - It is very hard to hit the bonus requirements consistently. And it keeps getting harder. - Most managers are micro-managing instead of leading workers to improvement. There needs to be better communication on all levels. - Low salary for the long-term

      Toxic Environment

      Pros

      Good balance of work and personal life. Benefits ok and time off was great until Premier bought them.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't care about staff. Always looking for ways to pay people less money for more work. Communication and transparency are lacking and there seems to be no strategy for the future. Very toxic environment.
