Flexible conditions, kind co-workers, free lunch, innovative ideas from clients and a relaxed atmosphere. In addition its a international workplace with possibilities to go abroad.
Cons
At times too little stimulation, motivation and instruction - especially when during the initial period. Thus you will have to activate yourself a lot and read a lot of material on your own to learn things you could learn in half the time if your co-workers only introduced you properly to the environment. Rather low salary and not linked to your performance.
