Pros

Nothing really apart from friendly associates.

Cons

Small Company too much Client dependent. Can Fire any time based on Stupid Client's Decisions with 0 day notice period. When you select a resource it is your responsibility to preserve the candidate. Very late night meetings and technical discussions post 11 pm. Do not go by good ratings... suffers with the drawbacks of small organization. Management say they are in search of good technical people as they have lot of work. But once selected they cannot hold on to them.

Pros

Work from home, very good policies at global level. It's very good to have client project for employee.

Cons

If you join Innovecture, you will just become an employee of the company. There are no corporate gatherings, outings, or trips provided by the company. Since the current Indian CEO came on board, he has cut down on all these kinds of expenses to increase the so-called revenue of the company. It's unbelievable; he has reduced the reward and recognition prize from 5000 to 3000 and eliminated beers from the parties. Innovecture gathers employees once in a quarter, but there is no consideration for employees outside Pune. There is neither accommodation nor reimbursement provided for them. Additionally, no one inquires about meals at the office, as the CEO only orders food for himself. According to the Indian CEO, events such as the COVID pandemic, the Russia-Ukraine war, the Israel-Palestine conflict, and the UK bank crisis are major blockers for our appraisal. Before every appraisal cycle, he spends 25 minutes in a 30-minute meeting with each employee discussing these issues. There is a very low level of scrutiny on expenses, and it seems excessively frugal. Despite having 4 HR personnel for about 40-50 employees, it takes them 2-3 months to send out appraisal letters. The strange part is that we receive the appraisal letter only after receiving incremental salaries. Poor employees spend nights calculating the hikes themselves.

Pros

1. Company has amazing leadership team who helps you in learning and exploring more. 2. Challenging and talented associates who are eager to learn more and teach more, good competition for quarterly/annual awards. 3. Good company culture, caring and understanding team members. 4. 6 monthly appraisal policy and decent hikes makes your salaries better than other firms. If you are an extraordinary performer than you may get better hikes. 5. Transparency from leadership teams makes it easier to work and reduces stress. You can discuss even money issues/ health issues/ family issues/ client issues they have solution for everything and will be helpful. 6. Hefty bonuses for referrals. 7. Having industry experts on banking and insurance domains takes careers to a new peak. 8. If you are an extraordinary performer management wont think twice in giving you appraisal and promotion even if you don't have relevant experience for the post. That's what makes senior management best! 9. Approachable and Understanding CEO, who is ready to give you the desired opportunity you need.

Cons

1. Late night client calls makes a bit of issues, usual client calls starts from 8pm for US based clients and ends till 12pm, but these can be communicated with client stake holders who are equally understanding. 2. You need to be workaholic to get awesome hikes. Otherwise decent/good hikes can be drawn with 8 hour job. 3. Its hard to change project given that when you are liked by client. 4. Team shuffling often happens if client asks to which is good and bad in its own ways. 5. Late calls might trouble your work-life balance, but if you are a career oriented person than that wont matter to you.
