Pros

- Their excellence in acquiring top talents is legendary - Incredibly positive working atmosphere - This place promotes healthy attitude - keep it up!

Cons

- Sometimes people are too busy to help others grow and learn - This place is prone to workaholism yet it feels like you're doing it with the best company imaginable :-) - Ridiculous CEO's attitude on productivity (he says you are only about 90% efficient so you should stay 9hrs at work instead of 8)

Great culture of collaboration. Company has a monthly DITO day (Day In the office) where management is willing to make the investment of flying everyone into the main office for a day of collaboration, workshops, training, and to hangout with other consultants. Makes a huge difference in staying connected and is a great foundation builder for a collaborative workplace. High growth. Companies focus on finding quality folks with solid backgrounds. Pretty intensive interview process.

Cons

Pretty busy with the high growth.
