Freedom (not 9-17 mentality, home office, seamless vacation or unpaid leave approval). Junior Business Analyst starting salary is decent.
Cons
Barely any perks. Salary is not adjusted with the increased responsibility. No (real) structure, unclear ownership (the company became owned by Servion but this was never stated by management). Not transparent communication. Currently, there are more managers than regular employees. The managers have no clear responsibility, everyone tries to prove they are worth to be employed. No career path. No company vision other than earning money somehow. Unreasonable hiring and position fulfillment decisions by the management. People without the willingness to work seem to be untouchable that causes demotivation to others.
