A family run business where skill is not a factor in assigning roles for upper management. Most employees are friends of family, if not family themselves. Depending on who you asked, you get a different story; there is NO transparency or official policies in place, whatsoever. Micro-managing every step of the way; Expect no positive words from management. Meetings are unproductive and time consuming – think: meetings to schedule other meetings. Overtime is expected but not appreciated. Very low morale between departments due to poor management and a shaky business model.
If you are a prospective client STAY FAR AWAY! Everything is done as cheaply as possible – “profit over quality” is the motto at INNOVEX. Some of the business practices are downright crooked.
If you are potential employee, be prepared to wear 5 hats. It doesn’t matter how overloaded you are with accounts, management refuses to hire enough talent to get the job done. This company wants to save cost to the point that everyone gets old laptops that are half-broken and were outdated even by 2009 standards. Ironic for a company that professes being a digital innovator.
Perks? Ha! Your perk is that you have a job. There is no employee culture whatsoever. Owners do not spend a single penny to further employee satisfaction. The work environment is horrible; the building is filthy and the only 2 bathrooms in the entire building are disgusting. I would cringe anytime I heard a visiting client ask to use the bathroom. Down right embarrassing.
