no performance review system no systems or procedures for reporting or work delivery salary not paid in time with major delays of upto 2 months at a time arbitrary clauses in the appointment letter which are not disclosed before appointing unprofessional management no growth or promotion structure

Get Salary delay 2 months or more than 2 months. No management structure. Growth is also not as per talent. Non talented promoted. Politics involve in the company.
