Pros
The people in the UK office are a fantastic bunch of people who offer a lot of support to each other in a truly mad environment. The quality of the software produced in the UK is outstanding and world class. The team there really care about what they do and their clients and they try to do their best to ensure the clients are happy and the software is useful. This is usually against what the top management would like them to do. The flexible working arrangements are useful but can leave the office empty when people are working from home. The bonus system is not really a system but it can be very generous, once a year, and doesn't really make up for the madness.
Cons
Entire company is run by the whims of the president. There is no logical business plan. Employees should certainly be seen and not heard. Do not question anything at all or you will be punished in very clever untraceable ways that will be difficult to do anything about unless you want to lodge a formal grievance. No career development for young engineers at all. Existing staff actively try to dissuade new employees from joining. Company is desperately understaffed, which leads to not just corners being cut but entire roads!
