You learn how not to run a company.

Cons

Paid less than market rate. No Vision, every week they are working on different thing. Customer ditched them for lying. Can get yelled for not working on weekend.

- Lack of product vision - Would not empower employees - Developers are a mafia here and they get people fired at will - The leadership has no idea what's happening in Pakistan office - Lack of communication and inclusivity of Pakistan team by the leadership - Sudden management changes and few employees playing politics due to their connections with the management - They have got many people fired and destroyed their careers
