Pros
Pay is great, plenty of projects, instructions are typically clear and easy to follow. I LOVE the opportunity to work with new technologies and improve my skills. My team is great, very experienced developers and lovely people.
Cons
I had to lean alot aat first, but I got used to the workflow and can do everything easily now!
