Pros

Good Product line and will spend money (sometimes too much) to promote their products.

Cons

The President and senior management are Hypocrites. They PREACH a set of Core values and then totally ignore them. One of them for example is "People are our greatest asset" yet if you are not in the inner circle you are totally expendable. And if you complain about the sexual harassment that had been documented for over 10 years, your position was eliminated or downgraded.

Pros

Family run, better job security than most jobs.

Cons

After being here for several years I can say that Inolex is the most challenging work environment I've experienced in my 12 year career. No one changes in their bad work habits and the "professional" atmosphere is best described as lazy and self-focused, not a lot of team play going on around here. Most managers and supervisors here have issues setting aside or sorting through their emotions to complete a necessary task and instead will stretch it as long as they can, justifying it with a simple "I just have too much on my plate right now" (no deserving supervisor will ever say these words or accept defeat but would instead find a solution, even if it exists outside the company). There are a handful of people here who are absolutely terrible at their jobs and even worse to work with and seem to know it because they managed to make sure that the company has to rely on them for certain access to certain files so that entries can be made; these people, unfortunately aren't being fired quick enough and many of them are managers. Inolex is family run and because of this is too personal of a company, not enough professional. Most upper management have their positions due to nepotism and are severely under qualified. People seem to feel the need to come to my office to vent about their work life and I can honestly state that nearly 75% of the employees here are severely dissatisfied with the company, their involvement in it, and are seeking new opportunities. Unfortunately the ones unhappy here are the ones we need around the most to inspire true professionalism.

Pros

Lab staff are great people, always willing to help each other. Good first lab job out of college. Very easy work, easy to learn, decent training program.

Cons

Upper management does nothing to improve the QC lab. Literally anything else will be upgraded before that does. In my time there, upstairs offices were remodeled at least twice. This company does not pay people properly, and will only see that when they lose good workers. No real room for moving up in the company.
