Good culture but it can be boring if don't have a client

Good company culture and friendly colleagues. If you are placed with a client you have good career opportunities.

Cons

They are highly dependent on clients and tend to make staff redundant during recessions.

1. Very supportive and friendly working environment. I joined a short time ago and I get great support from basically everyone. I love and enjoy the environment of working here, my manager is fantastic 2. The training scheme is good and improving, I enjoy it! 3. Great working environment (if you go to the office) 4. Treated with respect, my manager always encourages me to give feedback and share my feelings to the company

I didn't find any cons for now, maybe I will add something if I find any in the future
