- Toxic environment. - Management is unorganized at all. - Bad code base, you will not learn any new knowledge. - Poor salaries. You will take almost half of what you deserve in the market. - No benefits at all. No social insurance. No medical insurance. - Managers are always right, you will be always get blamed. - As soon as you notify them you are leaving, you will be treated as you are an enemy. - Using tracking app (Time Doctor) and monitoring you by taking screenshots. - If you want to live as a robot, then Inova is your best place to kill your humanity.
