      Pros

      I mean some of the people who work there are cool. But overall it's a bad place. If you weren't part of the "family" before won't be now.

      Cons

      I mean honestly just look at the HRIS systems available and wonder why in the world you would go with a small time payroll processer who can't offer any help with the rest of your HR needs without adding in multiple others companies.

      Great culture and open to ideas at all levels. If you have a passion to make a positive impact and long to be a part of a team, then Inova is the place you can thrive. This is a company where entrepreneurial spirit and culture are keys to success. Proven track record with the many awards and accolades the company and staff have received. The company and team are focused on delivering customer delight and are quick to recognize and reward staff for their accomplishments. Great CEO with a proven track record of success and who cares about staff and clients. If you want to be more than a number, make a difference and are willing to work to do so, this company will be a great fit.

      Cons

      As is the case with many companies today, especially smaller ones the medical benefits offering is not as rich as the larger competitors. The company is rapidly growing while continuing to focus on customer service first and foremost which means agility and ability to change is of the utmost importance.
