- You can choose your working hours as long as client & internal meetings are managed - Potential for company to grow - Remote work

- Leadership at odds with each other - High egos in management that gets in the way of their own success. Often times they say one thing, do the other - They'll sweet talk you into joining & show a whole other face when you're settled in - Predatory Indian company mindset that will try to squeeze you

Lot of learning from growth perspective for an individual, opportunity to work with the Co-founder, AVP's and Directors. Apart from work there are fun activities and other things for the employees to enjoy in office. HR team is there to help you whenever there is an issue.

Cons

travelling to office is an issue for those who stay far
