Great co-workers who care about good science.

Cons

Poor executive and scientific leadership has squandered the company's position as an industry leader in COVID vaccine research. Significant numbers of people jumping ship every month - legal and clinical operations department cannot keep up with the losses.

Laid back culture, most managers give you the freedom to complete tasks and do not micromanage but do require deadlines

Cons

Terrible pay. Some people who do not deserve supervisory roles receive supervisory roles because management thinks they get work done quickly but they are also sometimes terrible people who treat others like garbage and have little respect for subordinates.

There are no pros for working at this company.

Cons

Truthfully the CEO promises the world. He can not deliver. Kim is not very good at this leadership position. He can promise investors that things will happen in weeks when it can take months or a year. The company is not transparent and not much gets done. IR doesn't even pick up the phone anymore because we are too scared to talk to investors.
