Pros
You will learn what not to do by working here. Big on culture, shame the culture is a bad one.
Cons
Incompetent management, no clue what they are doing. All a big boys club and people have jobs just because they are in the club. Or the bosses beds.

Pros
As a company they have listened to the teams and have made big changes which are all heading in the right direction. Systems, processes are all being worked on. They have a dedicated management team that all want to make this an amazing place to work. Benefits package is great, private medical insurance, life insurance, holiday trading, salary protection, pension and more. People are all friendly and helpful.
Cons
Training as a new starter is on the job. Still a few people that look back instead of forward.
