      practices some of the most ethical and least traumatizing ABA therapy for kids that ive seen, so you can be proud of your role. decent amount of PTO compared to other jobs

      unequal pay among staff, pay is too low for the workload, raises are infrequent and insultingly small, admin consistently doing things staff would get in trouble if they did
