Cons
Management is abusive and plays dirty, taking away rights and benefits from employees. No communication or dialogue whatsoever from higherups. Silent firing where conditions get worse every month, people leave, the workload and responsabilities increase, but they never hire new people. The team has reduced by over 50% since I arrived 5 years ago.
