Pros

Most of the people on the regional management level are great leaders. Always willing too provide support when needed and are always listening to ideas to approve processes that will benefit the company as a whole. The front line counter personal tend too be above average and are a great asset to the company.

Cons

The executive sales management for the company is severely lacking. Attempting to lead by what you read in your inspirational book of the week was very ineffective. Employees want to see action not lip service.

Pros

Potential to become a top-tier HVAC corporation. Decent salary, and benefits.

Cons

The data entry system is extremely slow causing impatience with the customers. The correction of this basic issue would open the doors for more business. Management needs to focus on professionalism in the workplace: Dispense with the foul language, nasty jokes, and empty apologies to the customers. Emulate what the competition is doing to grow their businesses.

Pros

Great family oriented company .

Cons

Revise : Company leaders below the two dogs are in needed of the proper management training. Every person that holds a position at Insco is a link in a chain , if that link does not complete their job the entire chain fails. That being said , managers do not delegate, they are non-confrontational and do not hold their team accountable. So for the associates who are the bad apples , they tend to take advantage of the lack of disoluble by their Area Managers and it shuts down the motivation to the employees who get the job done . Gives the responsible employees a bad taste , and that chain begins to rust eventually to fail. The area managers are placed in those positions so they may delegate so they may be the ones to be confrontational so they can be the ones to manage and eventually branches are going to start getting emptied out first area will be Houston second area will be Rio Grande Valley and the third area will eventually be Dallas .
