Quiet office with no rapport unless you’re apart of a the internal clique. Constant drinking with it being snuck around during working hours. The filming area in the back often has people going take sneak a shot or two during the day. HR and the CEO are aware yet continue to let it slide. Racist and sexist jokes are told from leadership during all hand's while the office sits in awkward silence. A revolving door company.

The company encourages a culture where leadership can use racially insensitive language during client calls without repercussions. This is in no way a safe space for people of marginalized communities.
