      At Insider One, you can take on important titles at a young age. You always need to stay open to growth. The way people treat each other is very positive — everyone is always willing to help one another. The company also places a lot of value on social responsibility projects; they aim to contribute not just to the company, but to the country as well. Overall, the energy of both the company and its employees is very positive.

      Cons

      The pace is intense and requires a lot of hard work. It's important to be aware of this going in — people who aren't prepared for that pace may find it hard to adapt.

      Pros

      Everyone is super helpful. The office vibes are very energetic and make you want to push extra miles. The management do take employees' feedback really seriously, and the company will try their best to improve based on the feedback given.

      Cons

      Timezone differences really make the operation a bit backwards, where it solely relies on the particular responsible team to fix an issue or take an action.
