Pros
Great team of people who had a lot of ideas that they wanted to implement to change the business. We also worked on a lot of the latest technology at a smaller scale where mistakes weren't as amplified as with other online enterprises. Had a great work life balance as well.
Cons
At the time when I was there we had an opportunity to redefine reviews in healthcare but we missed it. The company's revenues got leveled by the "Panda" PageRank algorithm changes which is critical when you are an SEO based business. After that happened it wasn't long before people started to leave and recruiting to work on the property was very difficult.
