I don’t even know where to begin. To start with almost “anything” is acceptable here by saying “ this is how the entertainment industry is”; leave it if you don’t like it. That ranges from working 22 hours to working on weekends.
Calls are scheduled on holidays without asking as if it’s normal
People joke about not having a life and it’s supposed to be a good thing
The times you meet people outside, the only thing they talk about is work!
A lot of people who have worked here for more than 4-5 years are leaving and so are the ones who joined recently!
People speak rudely and don’t care about you or the life you have, infact you are looked down for having a life outside of work.
