      Great management and product. Support staff very involved and contribute to success of the company. Benefits very comprehensive. Competitive salary.

      No real cons for the position. Brand new start up that is experiencing growing pains. Program and sales strategy still being defined.

      Great place for learning new things

      Pros

      We're still a small startup so basically, everyone is involved in pretty much everything. This is challenging at times, but also give you the opportunity to learn and wear several hats in this cross-functioning atmosphere. This isn't something you find in a corporate environment. It's an international tech startup, so you get to share your opinions with great inquisitive minds from all over the world.

      Cons

      The team is scattered all over the world and the work is done predominantly virtually. This gives you great flexibility in setting your own working time, but it also causes some issues in team relations, often due miscommunication.
