      Occasional free food on fridays. Some co-worker co-misery Pay scale leaves it open for potential

      Management is poor A lot of tension in the workplace A lack of respect or understanding Personal / Professional awareness is low Actual monetary compensation is bad No real HR department

      Pros

      The people are truly great and make your day. The company is led by a truly bright CEO who knows what it takes to be successful. Individuals are hard workers with a goal to deliver the best product possible. There are some really cool groundbreaking products being created here. If your interested in finance and data I would highly recommend working here. If your innovative and want to help create product I would also recommend this job. If your happy with just data entry there are also positions available for you.

      Cons

      Sometimes too much was put on our plate making people feel frazzled. Expectations and projects were set by management and sometimes didn't have clear outcomes or goals because management was at times lost or bombarded.
